Frontier Shipping Agencies Pvt. Ltd. (FSAPL) is based in India, with its registered office in Mumbai, was incorporated in the year January 1989 by Mr. C.K. Dawar, the Managing Director.

Mr. C.K. Dawar, First started with the name of M/S. Dawar Enterprises. In November 1980 as proprietary firm was re-constituted to a Private Limited company under the name and style of M/S Frontier Shipping Agencies Pvt. Ltd. (FSAPL) on 30 January 1989. Received its own Temporary C.H.A. license, In 1994 qualified and received permanent C.H.A. license No 11/1004, Till now from last 44 years rendering professional shipping clearing forwarding & logistics services to Impex Trade.

The primary objective of FSAPL is to provide premium services in the field of Import & Export of Cargo Clearance of any nature in all categories from custom and port. Also Booking and Forwarding of International Air & Sea Cargo. All Shipments irrespective of size are handled efficiently and with almost care and dispatched in the shortest possible time. We offer customized, tailor-made solutions based on specific client needs, ensuring that our customers derive total satisfaction.

Sincere & Warm Thanks to Almighty, My Beloved Parents and Elders, with whose Blessings, Myself Chand Kumar Dawar- Now, The Managing Director of own company, joined Indian Navy at very young age in Dec.1969 completed Basic Training in Vishakhapatnam 1969-70, Professional Marine Engineering training in Lonavala 1970-71, Got Selected in Indian Navy Swimming Team, Stood First In 100 Mtr Breast Stroke in Inter Services Aquatics Championship in Mumbai participated water polo player, in Nov 1971. Served my Country on various important Privileged Assignments Being Commissioning Crew Member (Marine Eng Div) of 1st Indian Warship – INS Nilgiri, Commissioned by Late PM SMT Indira Gandhi Ji On 3rd June 1972 & Got Selected for 3rd Warship – INS Udayagiri as Commissioning Crew too. Qualified Ships Diver Training (up to 120 Feet) in 1975 in Cochin & Air Crew Diver, in 1977 in Cochin, joined, Alouette III Helicopter Squadron On Board INS Vikrant until 1979. Awarded 2 medals & Flying badge from Hon. President Republic of India. Overseas duties performed at Jakarta, Bali (Indonesia), Bangkok (Thailand), Singapore, Colombo (Sri Lanka) in May-June 1973 and Bandar Abbas (Iran) in Sept.1974.

In July 1980, after serving Indian Navy settled in Mumbai, started business firm Messrs. Dawar Enterprises dealing with Import-Export facilitation through recognized Custom House Agents (C.H.A.) in Mumbai.

1984 – Established a firm As Managing Partner under name and style of M/s. Aquanaut Diving Services, With Ex. Hon. Sub Lt. Mr Amin Chand Chouhan Ji, CD1 & Mr Gurmail Singh Ji Ex CPO CD1, VSM, as Working Equal Partners. undertaking specialized Diving tasks as contractors. Some of the tasks were New Bombay Old Bridge ,All Pillars, underwater Repairing ,HPL Diesel Pipeline burying under the seabed while making 2 meters trench, at Panvel Creek Bridge No. 1&2 as sub-contractor of Punj sons Delhi, Ballarpur Industries, Karwar – Salvaging of 4 Km discharged PVC rigid pipes having cemented block at interval of one meter and many other projects.

In Jan 1989 – We reconstituted Private Limited company, M/s. Frontier Shipping Agencies Pvt Ltd, FSAPL, Mr.CK Dawar as Managing Director and his wife as a Director, Mrs Asha Dawar B.A. B.Ed. Ex Principal of Private Art & Craft College and Ex. L.L.B. Student of Siddhartha Law College, Mumbai.

The M.D. was / is associate with various trade activities, associations, representations, invite in individual office bearer capacity/ices. (1993) Formed, Bombay Custom House Temporary License Association of all Failed Oral Exam in Temporary C.H.A. Lic. Got Selected President), Filed W.P In Hon. SC, to allow one more chance for Oral Exam to all Failed CHA in 1993, Won, Submitted Memorandum to Hon FM. With Hon. SC Order Copy, Oral Exam Held in 1994, Finally, 74 CHA Got Qualified in oral Exam, Received Permanent CHA Lic Including Me. Received Life Time Achievement Trophy.

Special Invite related to Trade (1994) Special Invite to the Dy. C.M. Chamber, Mantralaya on Inter State CFS project of Punjab Govt. (CFS -Punjab Warehouse Nhava Sheva) Feasibility Discussion with Delegates from Punjab Ministry.

(1995) Special Invite to the Hon. C.B.E.C. Chairman meet organized in BHEL Conference Room World Trade Centre Cuff Parade Mumbai by the A.I.I.E.A. (All Indian Importers Exporters Association).

(1999 – 2000) Member – Action Committee BCHAA (Bombay Custom House Agents Association, Mumbai).

(2000) Represented BCHAA as Action Committee Member on Open House meet with Hon. C.V.C. Chairman Mr. Prasad Ji to resolve serious differences between Custom officials and CHAs.

(2006) Special Invite to the Maharashtra C.M.’ opens CNBC T.V. shows ‘Aapka Darbar’ issues on Power Load Shedding’ and the stamp duty on imports.

(2007 – 2008) Special Invite to the Open House meet presided by the H.E. the Ambassador of U.S.A. Special Invite to meet presided by the H.E. the Dy. Commerce minister of U.A.E. Mr. Khatari Ji & Mr. Verma Ji.

(Jan 2011) Invite in Bhavan's College Auditorium where Honourable Law Minister of India was Chief Guest for 2 days convention attended by Hon Ex AG, Ex SC & HC Judges of Nation. Where in Mr Kejriwal Ji too was Guest of Honour.
